RESPONSE
East-West Healing Arts’ priority is the health and safety of our patients, doctors, staff, and communities. To reduce the potential risk of exposure to and transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we require completion of a simple screening questionnaire for all visitors to our office, in addition to conducting temperature checks for all patients and practitioners upon entry to the practice.
For your safety, we have instituted the following infection control measures:
- Disinfection of all surfaces between each patient visit
- Professionally sanitized linens for each patient
- HEPA air filters with UV lights in each treatment room
- Expansion of treatment time-slots to prevent patients from overlapping in the office
- Hands-free hand sanitizer at the office door for disinfection of hands before entry
- N-95 face masks worn by all practitioners
- All patients are required to wear a mask during their treatments.
